About Water and Environmental Resources
Water and Environmental Resources ensure that you receive fresh drinking water from your tap every day and a clean local environment. We work to make your everyday life function here and now, and to ensure that nature's resources last. We exist so that future generations can also enjoy the mountains, waterways, forests, and land.
The company is owned by the municipalities of Berg, Bräcke, and Härjedalen. We are responsible for the operation of the water and sewage supply of the owner municipalities, producing and distributing drinking water, as well as managing and treating wastewater. The company is also responsible for the municipalities' waste management, collecting and handling waste and sludge. In total, we have just over 100 employees.
We operate over a large geographical area and have offices in Sveg, Hede, Funäsdalen, Svenstavik, Hackås, and Bräcke, which provides great opportunities to work from different locations. Currently, several larger projects are underway, including a major expansion of municipal water and sewage in Härjedalen. The aim is to ensure long-term stable operation for water and sewage supply, with increased environmental requirements and development in tourist areas.

About the position
As a customer service representative at Water and Environmental Resources, you will answer questions regarding water, sewage, and waste from property owners in our owner municipalities Berg, Bräcke, and Härjedalen. Questions come in via phone, email, mail, and our website.
You will maintain and update our operational system and customer register, which is currently in EDP Future. Producing statistics and materials for investigations and agreements is also included.
Our owner municipalities have waste regulations, waste plans, and fees that have a similar structure. Informing about and acting according to these is an important part of the work.
In this position, there is an opportunity to be located in Sveg, Hede, or Svenstavik.
About you
We see that you have experience working with service and customer interaction via phone, email, and/or other digital solutions. You are a responsible person with a structured work approach. As a person, you are humble and confident with a positive demeanor. You enjoy working towards goals and have the ability to adapt to changes.
For you, it is natural to communicate with others in a clear and professional manner, and you have the ability to make the difficult easier.
To thrive with us, you need to be good at engaging people, be pedagogical, persistent, and have good collaboration skills. You familiarize yourself with new operational systems, are curious about and learn their functions. To fit into the role, great emphasis is placed on qualities such as service-oriented and initiative-taking responsibility. Many different systems will be managed in everyday life, especially record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Driver's license B
- Very good computer skills
- Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Experience working with EDP Future and EDP Mobile
- Experience working with SQL databases
